Vintage American Expressionism Watercolor Architecture Bridge Drawing Painting

This is a nice old watercolor painting and drawing sketch of a bridge and buildings. The item is an original work of art (see photos). The painting does not look to be signed by an artist, but I will likely take the painting apart and see if it is signed by the artist on the backside of the paper (see photos).
