The litho was p roduced by Franz Hanfstaengl and dated 1903, Munchen. Hanfstaengl mark is impressed into lower right corner of painting. A few very faint scratches on surface of painting, only seen when tilted in light.
Artist: Georg Knakkenborg Olsgaard (1880–1960). A charming and collectible example of Danish landscape painting. Canvas is stable and well preserved. Minor surface texture and natural aging consistent with an early 20th-century oil painting.
Sometimes Art can be quite accidental. I am listing a Vintage 1950s, Wooden Paint Pallette, with all of its beautiful paint smears. A Flowing, Swirling Whirlpool of Color. An Impressionistic Floral look. The Pallette is one that belonged to my mother, back in the 1950s. She did alot of oil painting. I have it hanging on my wall, as a piece of art. The Pallette measures approximately 15″×11 1/2″. Exceptional Colors and lovely old Patina. Good condition. No cracks or chips to the wood. Please review the photographs for the condition.
