To learn more about us click on our profile Arkadi Grigorievich Pavliuk was a Ukrainian painter, graphic artist, and sculptor, as well as a member of the NSHU (1993). He was born in 1925 in Kyiv. He graduated from the Kharkiv Art Institute (1958). His main fields were painting, graphics, and sculpture. He created paintings on historical subjects and landscapes. Arkadi Pavliuk was the author of pictorial and sculptural portraits, in particular of Soviet party and military figures. He was a participant of regional, republican, all-Union art exhibitions. He held numerous personal exhibitions. Some of his works are kept in Vinnytsia art and local history museums and the memorial complex «Brest Hero Fortress». The artist died in Vinnytsia in 2019.
