Roy Ropp was a Building Contractor in Laguna Beach, CA., and EXHIBITED this painting at The Fine Arts Gallery, San Diego, California Annual Show in 1934. Roy was born in Butler County, Kansas in 1888, and settled in Laguna Beach in 1921 at the age of 33.
