Vincenz Havlicek (1864 Vienna – 1915 Vienna) was a pupil of Eduard Peithner von Lichtenfels at the Vienna Academy. He mainly worked in watercolor and often exhibited in the Vienna Künstlerhaus. Creation Year: 1891.
