This sale is for an original oil Painting, on canvas, signed M. Hathaway Morton, circa Sarasota, Florida, 1970’s. The scene is gathering of fresh garden vegetables, displayed on the kitchen table; Tomatoes, peppers, onion, stalks of lettuce. The artist takes us to the edge of the table, and expresses the richness of natures creations. I always feel that the sharing of food, is a communion, of our souls, as food is necessary to each life .The art frame is 4 separate frames, very, very expensively, would cost $1500. to replace today.
