My newest works have been larger. Usually, I perform better on larger works. A white ivory type line with a small leaf on its right side is in the center of the piece. The fade around the white line is faded to show a glow, making the piece still an abstract and not just one image.
I absolutely love this work. I had jackson pollock in ind when making it. I thought I’d never do something another artist does, and then some of these won ny heart one night. Instead, I call my work «pollocky». It’s not stealing this style, it’s working with it. I took the splatter of Pollock and the color of Warhol and got something truly amazing here. This is 12in x 12in, but trust me, it feels bigger with how much is on it. Thanks for visiting!!!
