Vintage 1977 original oil painting from artist J. Donovan. Depicts an eye catching European city scape complete with old buildings and three figures in the foreground. Medium is oil on wood board done in a Modernist Impressionist style. Signed and dated “J. Donovan 77” in the bottom right corner. Framed in its original sleek contemporary silver painted wood frame. Backed with brown paper and ready to hang. In Excellent condition. Bold and bright. No scuffs, scrapes or loss of paint. Frame is clean with gentle signs of handling. Displays tremendously. Measures 30” x 26 1/2” and 32 1/4” x 18 1/2” with the frame.
