Mid-Century Modern Geometric Abstract Painting Vintage Aviation Blueprint Paper
Up for sale is a unique mid-century style abstract geometric painting executed over an authentic vintage 1994 model aviation blueprint for the «Hero 40» model airplane designed by Joel Cimmino. Measuring approximately 36.5” x 29.5”, the unframed artwork features several small, hand-painted faceted pyramid-like geometric forms floating over the detailed technical schematics. The lower-left corner bears a Galerie Deschamps Paris printed gallery stamp. The piece is unsigned and shows light, age-appropriate edge creasing and soft rippling along the margins of the delicate, thin paper, but it remains structurally sound and highly collectible. It will ship rolled safely in a heavy-duty mailing tube.
