Watercolor on Paper signed dated 1916 house on Bay boat 11″ x 3 1/2″

Signed what appears to be A O M but may also be Q O M. Very pleasant image of a house and barn and boats at sail in a bay. Appears to be just a hint of a larger city on the other side of the water. Very well done.
