Clive Barker studied at Luton College of Technology and Art from 1957 but abandoned the course in 1959, working instead on the assembly line of the Vauxhall car factory in Luton for 18 months. Such is the case with one of his most celebrated sculptures.
It is signed lower left, and Dated 1994. It shows a Lovely Reflective view of the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy. It shows a lot of detail as well. It would make an Ideal Addition to any Good Collection of Fine Original Australian Art.

Lupas first honed his drawing skills as an artist for the Herald Tribune’s Theatre section. Many of Lupas’ portraits were drawn from life, during portrait sittings. The painting depicts General Clive Of India and is signed in the lower left corner, seen magnified in picture 4.
