DeAna was an accomplished artist and a member of Associated Artists of Utah. She won numerous awards and her paintings are sold throughout the United States. She taught art for the past 70 years, beginning at Box Elder High, Irving Jr. High, BYU, McCune School of Music and Art, and privately in her own studio.
