This auction features a very rare painting by critically admired Los Angeles based German artist Hermann Lederle. Hermann’s paintings have a strong following and he has become known and well-respected as an accomplished artist in the U.S. and Europe. His works of art have been exhibited in various galleries in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Germany, Canada, Hungary and France. This original art piece is named «Paramour» and its one of his early abstract works from 1987 in New York city. This painting is signed and appears to have been dedicated to a lady named Theresa which is likely one of a kind. Certificate of authentication is not available since we got this from a local estate sale but judging by the signature and his obscure abstract offerings from the same time period there is no doubt it is an original. Hermann’s paintings are in private collections of the Friedman Guinness Gallery Heidelberg Germany, Court Gallery New York, Lawson Galleries San Francisco, Media Rare Gallery Los Angeles and in the homes of Ringo Starr, Eric Stoltz, Cal Zecca, Gabor Csupo. Painting measures roughly 18″x18″ without frame and will be shipped in the original frame as pictured which adds another 2 inches to the dimensions. Dont miss out and make this rare gem yours before its gone and thank you for visiting my auctions. Have a great day!!
