Antique Indo-Persian miniature painting depicting a hunting scene with handwritten text. A party of 5 men, two of them on horseback, gives chase to deers with bows and swords. A tiger also appears in the hunt. Intricate details of bushes, trees and flowers. Painted in gauche . Condition: signs of roughness along one edge from removal from binding. There are imperfections mostly to the margins due to age. Tears on left margin that do not affect the image. In good condition given age.
