This art was created prior to 1969 as it was exhibited in 01/1969 by the artist at the Taiwan National Arts Center in Taipei. All forms of the public media gave it intensive commendatory coverage. Top officials of government, art and higher education attended the exhibition. Also, there is an address and something illegible on the back and a handwritten number as pictured. Condition: The Art is in perfect condition, the frame has minor wear and tear for its age.
