We do not know who the artist is but the painting came out of an estate in the upper Hudson valley of New York and we presume it is a local or regional artist to the area. The colors are vivid and bright. Two koi fish circle each other in a koi pond, their feathery tails propelling them at a slow pace as they onserve their surroundings.
