Antique LEE TINGHUA (20th C., China) Signed Ladies In Garden Framed Painting

He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This piece has been displayed in my beach house for many years. It displays beautifully. These pieces have really gone up in value in the last few years.
