Antique Hand Painted Miniature Framed Mozart Portrait

An antique cream colored frame with a meticulously and exceptionally detailed watercolor of a young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791), in a gilded metal inner frame under a domed clear cover. The back covered with a page from an antique German book. Little miniatures like this were at their height of popularity in the late 1800’s – early 1900’s. This is in very good condition and the painting has never been taken out of it’s frame. See photos for details.
