antique eagle painted wood plaque wall hanging 28×14 x 3/4 original

I believe the wood is pine. Antique old eagle painted on wood. oval wood may be old, looks like it was a top from a table. possibly painted in 1950s. not sure of age, not new. I have not cleaned this, right out of house.
