Sykes DATE: c1910 SIZE: Viewable painting within matte 34 x 24cm (13.5 x 9.5 inches), frame 50 x 39.5cm (19.5 x 15.5 inches) PROVENANCE: Private collection CONDITION: Very good for its age, retained under glaze; colourfast, with strong contrast; we do not notice any foxing FRAME: Later than the work although retains its original pine backboard from an earlier mount, with corresponding staining to the back of the mounted artwork board that has not affected the artwork at.
