Alexander Chen, 2016 «Statue Of Liberty Jersey City». 17 1/2″ x 11 1/2″. I have four of Chen’s paintings listed. In the late 1980s, Alexander Chen moved his family to San Francisco. Growing up in such a warm climate and then moving to California, it wasn’t until Chen was 40 years old that he saw his first snowfall, standing in the middle of Central Park.
