L.B. Porter Original Western Oil Painting “The Big Hill” -Oil Derrick / Cowboy

It is titled on the back and it appears to read, “The Big Hill, or “The Big Mill?. I’m not certain. I’ve seen other examples of the artist work where the signature has faded, so I’m not certain how he signed his pieces, but this particular piece is signed in the lower left-hand corner and it has faded quite a bit.
