This is a new, original and one of a kind 11X14, by Todd Ehle. It’s Abstract Surrealism, my spontaneous style of painting. Nothing is pre-planned, I just let it develop as I go. The painting is acrylic and acrylic gouache on stretched canvas, and comes in a vintage frame. With the frame, it measures 16.5X19.5” Please note that the last photo shows this painting along with another recent painting. That piece is not part of this auction. This is a new, one of a kind, acrylic painting by Todd Ehle. It features the original Wigwam motel, or “Wigwam Village”which became a chain of classic motels representing roadside Americana in the mid 20th Century. The Wigwam Village #6 is on historic Route 66 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and was represented in the Pixar Movie, “Cars” with their Cozy Cone Motel.
