I don’t know much about it but possible could be removed with a brush, or paint remover if it bothers you. 2 paint by number paintings pair. I don’t know how to describe the flaws.
There is a break in the rope at the bottom left. Matching rope is attached for easy hanging. The velvet does show age-related wear — see photos. There are several very small marks or spots, which look like they could be cleaned up.
