Wolf Kahn Pastel Painting House art unframed

Up for sale is a vintage Wolf Kahn pastel painting. This painting is unframed and appears to be from still when he was working on the art. The tape at the top is not sticky and does not stick to the back paper but is still stuck to the painting. See pictures for measurements. I acquired this painting from a local collector of Wolf Kahn’s that had several pieces and this is the only one they would part with. The collector had authentication for all his pieces however would not part with it since it included all of his art work he had therefore I do not have any authentication.
