For sale is an original watercolor painting on paper by well listed American artist Neil Boyle. This piece is part of his Western Americana bar saloon brothel period. It measures 23 inches by 30 inches. It is the first one of four works by Boyle to be offered for sale from the same period. This particular piece shows a woman relaxing in her undergarments drinking and smoking. Signed in the lower right with his BSWCA ( big shot west coast artist) as well. This work is unframed. Up for sale is a beautiful original oil painting depicting the beautiful American Western landscape of Estes Park, Colorado. This mountain landscape shows a river running down the center of the painting surrounded with grass and trees on each side with the tall towering mountains in the far distance. A wonderful array of color is present of which I particularly love the cool purples in the mountains and one spot of pink on the center ridge. Painted in an impressionist style the quality painting is signed in the lower right corner «Colvin» and titled verso in pencil. Executed on artist board which measures 10 x 8 inches this painting comes unframed and has some loss of paint down the center of the composition. The overall quality and level of brushwork is phenomenal and when paired with the stellar color palette it makes for a stunning painting when hung.
