This is a wonderful work of art that hasn’t been seen in more than 3 decades, Frank Balbontin was a Key West born artist, and a military man, hence his nickname «the presidential artist» for the painting he made of the white house. I’m very fortunate to be able to offer this awesome painting because not only does it holds a lot of history and value, but I saved it from getting it trashed and forever lost.
